I have attend a formal dinner and this was the best fitting/looking dress. However, to keep within budget can I use a small semi-sequined black handbag I already own and would I wear black shoes to match the bag or brown to match the "Tequila dress"?

no no no sorry but that would look really old lady like.

i’d just wear some silver heels or something – but not a darker color, that would make it look too old in my opinion.
