Hi! I was wondering, where can I get a cute dress? I don’t really have a budget. I am 12 years old and I am very skinny. I am Filipino. I felt like giving you this information so that you can get a picture of how the dress would look on me! Well, I have dark brown almost black hair. I am very short only 4’5". I can fit into Juniors and women’s petite. I am going to my friend’s birthday party tomorrow. It is dance themed. I need something I can dance in and look cute in. I also need hair ideas. My hair comes down to my shoulders, is very thick and straight. I would like to know what make-up I should wear and what shoes and jewelry. You can add more if you would like!!
