I have some fake designer bags that I’m tired of and want to get rid of. Is it OK to list these bags on ebay as long as I make sure to put "imitation" designer and not try to pass them off as the real thing? Or are they illegal to sell period? Thanks!
You have to clearly state that they are fakes, and they cannot have an imitation designer label in or on them. If you are clear that they are not real, and you aren’t copying any logos then it’s ok.
I’m sure that it’s OK as long as you make it CLEAR that the bags are not real and they are knock-off’s of a designer/name brand.

NO! ebay you can sell anything!!!!!! it is not ilegal at all! just make sure u dont try to sell them as $500 dollar bags . more like 40 . make sure u put "fake"
