I'd ask handbag/luggage stores like Bentley if they sell them. Accessory stores like Aldo Accessories, Ardene, and Claire's may also have them. If that doesn't work, I'd go to any hardware / home decor store and pick up an "over the door" hook - usually $5 or less - and just hammer the piece that goes over the door so that it's flat, and will therefore rest on a table. I'd add something like vinyl or suede to the bottom to prevent slipping.
