I cannot find a store that sells a similar Vuitton vachetta shoulder strap with the large lobster claws. I would recommend either going to a reputable shoe cobbler in your area or a leather maker store and have one custom made. Get a price quote first (show the craftsman the picture of this strap).

You can have things like this made at leather shops, I use Big Daddy Leather here in VA. They likely could do something and ship it to you.
